What is Document Digitization?

Digitization leads to creating a digital copy of physical objects. For example, we scan a paper document save it as a digital document (e.g., PDF, TIFF). In other words, digitization is about converting something non-digital into a digital representation.
Benefits of Document Digitization
OffSite Scanning - Collect Document from Client place and bring to scanning site.
Onsite Scanning - Scanning will be done at customer Place
Preparing documents for document scanning by removing staples, clips, and sticky-notes.
Capture images based on customer requirements.
Image resolution, DPI, Grey Scale, B/W, Color, Output type PDF, TIFF etc..
Indexing will be done based on customer needs. And check the quality of scanning like document skew, rotation, blurred quality, blank pages skip, etc..
Copy scanned documents to USB/Hard Disk or Cloud system. Return of retained files to active storage, offsite storage, or disposition where required.
